Learning from Medical Mistakes is a course developed using the ADDIE + R method. Working with an instructional designer, faculty and sensei I helped manage the creation of this course. Materials generated included the course outline, presentation, workbook, flier and webpage. The images above are snip-its from the workbook that I designed based on the content learned in the course. I also designed the PowerPoint presentation and flier.
