Project Management
This is project I managed on a bi-monthly basis that is a way to show case the teams work and achievements while promoting team building in the form a of a team newsletter. The newsletter is shared with the larger team and leadership. The project and communications is managed via Asana, allowing for less meetings and on demand status updates.
