Being apart of the new housing development, I was voted in as board President. That means I run and maintain daily operations of the association including calling meetings, signing contracts, making day-to-day decisions, reviewing budgets, ensuring the business of the association is running smoothly and efficiently. As we began to establish the association, I create a website as a place for all homeowners to find the latest association updates, pay dues and find helpful resources.
